Domestic Shipping
All orders submitted to Grillblazer are processed within 2 business days when inventory is available. Fulfillment times may vary during holidays and during periods of high order volume.
When you finished your order, the email address you submitted will be provided with a receipt, and tracking info when applicable. Accurate shipping costs are presented to the buyer in the shopping cart and during checkout.
Grillblazer, LLC is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Grillblazer, LLC is also not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your country is not listed in the Shopping Cart, fill out a form at: https://support.grillblazer.com/portal/en/newticket. Once our team set up your order, you will be able to see the shipping costs to your country when you go to the shopping cart.
REGARDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Standard shipping rates are based upon products being shipped to your country's border, where they are handed off to your Customs and Local Postal Carriers. This is an inherently slow process. We can ship your order with an expedited shipping option for generally about $35(USD) more. Expedited deliveries take about 2 weeks total and have been very reliable. Though it is quite a bit more expensive, packages have never gotten lost in-transit. If this is an upgrade you would like, create a ticket with our team immediately after you've placed your order, and we will contact you with exact costs and instructions before anything is shipped.
- You will be responsible for whatever rules and laws of your country's Customs regulations have regarding imitation firearms. We cannot predict what your country's Customs service will do, but if your product gets delayed or confiscated for legal reasons, Grillblazer can do nothing to correct it and will stop shipping products to your country until legal arrangements can be made. For this reason, Grillblazer no longer ships to Australian locations (look... you elected your government officials). If you have any concerns, reach out to our support team and we can provide you with our best knowledge on your person international situation. Almost all international customers can, and do, complete their orders with Grillblazer.
- You are responsible for all applicable import taxes, VAT, fees, and import costs. The shipping prices are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Most of our international orders fail due to customers not paying their duties to customs. Make sure you stay on top of your shipment when ordering from Grillblazer internationally, as once we ship your purchase, the order is out of our hands, and we cannot help you if customs returns your package after not receiving your dues.
We ship internationally DDU to all countries made available in our shopping cart. Shipping choices (if any) are presented to the buyer at the time of shipping, and unless otherwise specified, international shipping can take up to 3 weeks in transit. You will want to monitor your tracking number for regular updates. The carrier selected is responsible for delivering the products to the customer, not GrillBlazer, LLC. If packages are held at customs or fees are not collectable at the time of delivery, GrillBlazer, LLC is not liable for final delivery of payment.
