- Grillblazer does not accept any returns after 45 days from the ship date.
- If you believe that your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- To cancel an order, please contact one of our customer support representatives as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipping, we will refund your payment and hold the shipment. If the product has already shipped at the time our customer support team receives notice of your cancelation, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the product(s) back from you and they are processed at our warehouse.
- Contact our team with your order number to receive your return authorization. If the item is either defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a prepaid shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may return the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
When you receive an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number, pleases write it plainly and easily visible on the outside of your package before shipping. This helps our warehouse team coordinate with Customer service, and ensures that your refund or work order updates quickly and smoothly.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
